Phoneme
Phoneme, hailing from Romania, is a man in love with the beats, his style ranging from bassline breakbeat to dub and dubstep.
Into electronic music since 1995, he began listening to hardcore techno, going through jungle and oldskool breakbeat, to finally establishing a love for the nuskool breaks style in late 90's.
He then began DJing and throwing parties in 2003, getting more and more gigs all over Romania, playing at the most important festivals and parties since.
Late 2008 finds him as part of Scarcity Records, being the guy responsible for spreading the label`s love across the radio waves worldwide, doing the weekly highly acclaimed Scarcity Bass radio show on Breaks FM.
